Known since the 1700s as the “Seventeen Sisters” for her prolific flowers, this strongly fragrant bouquet on a stem would be named FlowerBomb if it were up to me. Super vigorous, award winning Avalanche is from the Tazetta class meaning it is perfect for warmer climates and coaxing indoors. Growing up to 18” tall she starts with brilliant green/yellow cups that gradually darken to yellow. She is reliably perennial (will return and spread every year) in Zone 7 and above. I’d say she’d do fine in a sheltered sunny location in Zone 6.
Awesome for coaxing. See our collections which include the perfect vessel.
Daffodils (Narcissus) grow in zones 4-10 and easily establish in your garden to return every Spring. Plant daffodils about 6” deep in full sun to partial shade (in warmer climates). Growing and coaxing instructions included.
Small Cupped. Early/Mid. 14” stems. Large 15 cm bulb. Easy coaxer for early indoor blooms.
