Extra large long lasting blooms & sturdy stems are the hallmark of the Darwin Hybrid and Triumph classes. Often known as “French Tulips” because they are used for the cut flower trade and anything “French” is just better, right? Coral salmon pink feathered with darker pink and apricot. Classic cutting and landscape tulip. Stunning with blues and yellows.
Tulips grow best in zones 4-7 where colder winters are more common. When planting outdoors most classes of tulips do not return every year, with the exception of the Darwin Hybrids and species. We grow them in pots and crates and compost the bulbs after they bloom.
Darwin Hybrid. Mid. 20" stem length. Contains 15 bulbs.
